These terms govern the use of hiroakiishibashi.com ("this site"). By using this site, you agree to these terms.

1. Service

This site provides free browser games developed by the operator, score leaderboards, social features (friends, profile guestbook comments, and footprints), and data sync with companion apps.

2. Accounts

• An account (Google sign-in or email registration) is required to save scores, join leaderboards, and use social features.
• Accounts are personal and may not be transferred or shared.
• Your username, profile image, confirmed friends list, and any location markers or guestbook comments you post are visible to other users, including signed‑out visitors.

3. Newsletter

Subscribing to the newsletter is optional and requires confirmation: after you enter your address we send a confirmation email, and nothing is delivered until you open the link in it. This means an address cannot be signed up by someone else. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email; unsubscribing takes effect immediately. We send a small number of emails per year, covering new releases and substantial updates to existing games. See the Privacy Policy for what we record, including the approximate nature of open tracking.

4. Social Features

• You may send and accept friend requests, post comments on other users' profile guestbooks, and view profiles. Viewing a profile may leave a "footprint" visible to that profile's owner (you can disable this in your privacy settings).
• You may block other users, and disable comments on your own profile. Blocking removes any existing friendship and prevents the blocked user from contacting you through the site.
• You are solely responsible for the comments and other content you post. Do not post anything you do not have the right to share.

5. Voice & Video Calls (applies when the feature launches)

• Calls are available only between users who have accepted each other as friends. A registered birth date is required; users under 13 may not use calls, and default settings differ by age as described in the Privacy Policy.
• Calls are not recorded by the site, and you may not record, screenshot, or redistribute a call or its participants without the consent of everyone involved.
• Harassment, threats, indecent conduct, or any behaviour prohibited in Section 7 applies equally within calls. Participants can block and report from within a call; the operator may suspend accounts based on reports.
• Call availability, participant limits, and video options may change or be suspended at any time (including for cost reasons).

6. User Content & Moderation

• By posting comments or other content, you grant the operator a non‑exclusive licence to store and display that content on the site for the purpose of operating these features.
• The operator may, at its discretion and without notice, remove or edit any user content, and suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.
• Profile owners may delete comments left on their own profile; authors may delete or edit their own comments.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Tampering with or submitting fraudulent scores
• Placing excessive load on the site's servers or network
• Harassment, threats, hate speech, or abuse of other users through comments, usernames, or any other feature
• Spam, advertising, or repeatedly posting unwanted content
• Impersonating others, or posting another person's private information
• Posting obscene, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate content, usernames, or profile images
• Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use of site content
• Any activity that violates applicable laws

8. Intellectual Property

All games, images, text and other content on this site belong to the operator or their rightful owners. Content you post remains yours, subject to the licence in section 4.

9. Disclaimer

• This site is provided "as is" without warranties of availability or accuracy.
• The service may be suspended, changed or terminated without notice.
• The operator is not liable for damages arising from use of this site, including from other users' content or conduct, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
• The operator has no obligation to restore lost save data, scores, or social data.

10. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the operator's location.
